In my experience...shorters are as dumb as wood.
(Not sure why everyone here thinks they are clever or have info others don't. No one except who was supposed to or the company told via a NDAs knew about this deal. It was airtight. Proof? look at the trading of MEP the last month. The gap actually got bigger!)
Shorters are just like any other investor, except they are betting the other way.
They will sneak on SM and say the sky is falling, spoiler alert, the sky has never fallen.
I prefer we didn't talk about them so much but, everyone seems to have a stiffy for them for some reason.
There's nothing special about them.
