If I was James, I would be calling the institutions and major shareholders on the importance and potential of owning 100% of this project.
Shareholders vote in favour of any deal to get 100% is imperative. The long term potential of owning the 100% for a small loss of giving stock to MEP holders will be stuff all in the big picture.
I would be shitting bricks if I was a shorter.
