in a perfect world, ADN issues one share for every two MEP and hands over all non core assets. If NN included then one for one inc non core assets…..seems fair to me, but there again I only have Andromeda shares. Remember this also, MEP gets to have a share in all our 100% owned ground which they didn’t before, and that ground could easily surpass Great White in revenue down the track.
