The only thing I'm upset about is my decision to sell what I had in mep to buy more Adn at 15.5c, this went against why I originally bought Mep in the first place and I questioned it as soon as I did it. At least I still got ADN with it, just would have had an extra 2-300 thousand more plus share in spinoff. The deal is good for adn and us holders, irrelevant of my impatient decision making.
I was a bit annoyed about dfs at first, but looking at a few posts here and reflecting, it's a good decision to close the deal then add value. It just makes sense, As long as we don't burn our cash in delays.
