If your theory is correct the Twisto and Spotti shares are bring dumped on the market at these levels it's an indication the founders do not have any confidence in survival.

You cannot draw a comparison with APT as it should never been where it was as a pure momentum play but even so it's pegged to Square now and Square has broken a large Double Top which targets $80-$110 and thereby targets APT at $30-40 dollars or circa 20-25 percent of theoretical offer price giving an circa $7 billion valuation.

Zip with its scattergun approach is worth nothing like that and the real fact is they are going to run out of money soon and for the last eight years have relied on the generosity of shareholders.

They have been theoretically insolvent for most of their existence if not for constant capital raising and what do they do go out and buy more technically insolvent companies thereby exasperating the problem.

If they are unable to raise further funds then quite simply they go bust.
