Thanks for the refresher.
The things that have happened in that year are:
* manufacturing is sorted
* FDA position is clearer
* Europe will be first
* BOD tried to award themselves free shares rather than out-of-the-money options. The Chairman was then "disappointed" by the rational and inevitable shareholder response, proving that he not only understands zilch about executive remuneration, but that he is unwilling to learn. Anyway the correct decision was finally made, if reluctantly.
