Szopen you are fumbling around in the dark and it is becoming apparent that you are attempting to cast a negative spin on all of this.

Iron Ore, Oil and Gas, Mineral Sands, Lithium processing plants.
I understand mining processes and the Project Management processes required to build the plants (Greenfields ... from bush to handover to the client).
The maturity of the design was such that a CR was conducted to enable funds to be available to commence the procurement process of long lead items last year. This NOT a complex processing plant and is basic separation using water (No toxic chemicals). I don't believe from what I have seen (and you can read into that what you like) that there is a lot of further design to go apart from detailing the work which can only happen when the go mining decision is made (decision to mine). So if you are looking for large design costs over the last several months you won't see then the FEED phase was well advanced some time ago. Perhaps some payment for the work completed to date may have been made since the CR, but this will tell you nothing.
It feels like you are trying to catch the management out, but they have been very transparent and forthright to date. I am in the school that trusts the ADN team and they also have a legal obligation to be open and honest to shareholders- they are a public company after all.
The placement of the orders and any up front deposits will only happen later.
The "first ore" or "first shipment" dates will only be known later, but first things first ... official decision to go mining, raise the funds, start up the procurement phase, provide the detailed engineering, start site preparation works, construct the plant.
Stop making negative statements with overriders "I could be wrong" without some factual evidence or pointing out that it is far from the norm.
