Yes, she is around. She lost her job as CEO and then was appointed as a strategic advisor, which triggered the granting of free shares/options. Go figure!

I called our her lack of COMMERCIAL experience when they first listed, and I was right. She had no idea (IMHO) about how to run a commercial organisation. R&D experience accounts for nothing when acting as the CEO of a publicly listed company. There is nothing to suggest that the new hire will be any different.

Much better to have someone that has actually built their own company up from scratch and knows how to scale CPH to profitability.
