Brian will not sell, he need the money out of current project to bank roll his next 3. Apparently one is so huge that he won’t be able to tackle by himself.
With Chinese design and building the plant (their reputation to deliver project on time and on budget), it will be an easier approval for sourcing funding from China EXIM bank.
There will not a separate buyer for gold and silver. Higher silver content will be added to sale value of the ore sold.
