no real details like the first release of the Italy deal so I wonder if they will have to 're-submit' another version tomorrow ?


....... and until JF & Co. dial back the obfuscation, this type of ASX oversight will continue .... one would think that 3 forced resubmissions in as many months would now see them 'red flagged' t the ASX .... IMO all future announcements for a period of time are bound to be subject to extra scrutiny now that this has occurred 3 times recently "has been asked by the ASX"

100 years of commercial experience the Chairman who can't pronounce the DEP drugs correctly said at the AGM - couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of share grabbing management IMO


Incompetence on display yet again .... and notice they waited until after market close on a Friday afternoon to release the resubmission - probably hoping that most don't see it !
