Fantastic ... all looks good to me
"Shenghe Resources is best known for helping bankroll the return to production of the only operating rare earths mine in the United States, Mountain Pass" ................. these guys arn't here to stifle a mine. Maybe you would do that in a market which is flat or declining but RE is having significant growth
The way I see it (in very simple terms) is they will either 1) support in development or 2) attempt a takeover .......... both will be good for share price
