Target acceptance 485,207,428 shares is 90% of the 539,119,364 shares on issue.
So far a cumulative 482,563,124 shares is 99.5% of the total 485,207,428 acceptances required to achieve the 485,207,428 target. The tally is at 89.51% of the shares on issue.
Just 2,644,304 acceptances remaining to achieve the 90% target ( 485,207,428 shares ) for proceeding to compulsory acquisition of remaining MEP shares.
