Ukraine would need to cede Crimea, and include in its constitution a binding clause that promises that they will maintain NATO neturality.
These terms would be difficult for the Zelenskyy government to accept.
In addition, if the war does really end, would there be an immediate easing of Russian sanctions? Doubtful. However geopolitical risk premium on the price of oil and gas might be further reduced (however it is already next to nothing due to people being overly optimistic imo).
