Sorry LS, I was an owner of MKY for a long time ($ can confirm this) and some of your statements are incorrect. MKY was as low as 0.003 and just in case you mention it, CUU isn't the same company but the SP is comparable before and after merger.

I too was unhappy with managements responses and still have my doubts about SM. Therefore I moved my money elsewhere. I do however hope that all is above board and you make good money. I don't see the risk-reward ratio as where I would want it to be.

To be fair, arguments from both sides have holes in them but if you aren't concerned with the day-to-day SP fluctuations then take the opportunity to load up at a lower price. It is a good thing for you then :)
