The Azov battalion was Kolomoisky's private militia and Zelensky is Kolomoisky's protege. The banderites were armed and were pivotal in overthrowing the elected governemt in 2014. They are the de facto controllers of the government. Likely they are linked to the CIA.

Recently a regular army officer complained that the Azov battalion was ignoring Ukrainian government orders. The officer was shot dead. His colleagues fired a missile at the Azov command post killing ~20 Azov combatants and destroying about 10 vehicles. The regular soldiers should surrender but the banderites face conviction for warcrimes and so may choose to fight to the death, Sad.

Zelensky has recently banned all but 2 political parties which is not what one expects in a democracy.

It is sad that children are being involved in the war, but they have had 8 years of training in school to hate russians. The propaganda has affected people worldwide building hatred first for antiVaxers and now for Putin. Anything that builds hate is evil.

It would be safest for your friends to move to a country area. My friend has 2 contacts in Kharkov; 1 has been sheltering in a metro tunnel since hostilities began; the other is in a village outside Kharkov and says it is peaceful there.

I can see no point in fighting to the last Ukrainian but their jewish leader may regard them as gentiles. Their equivalent of untermenschen. The CIA would like to see as much trouble in the Ukraine as possible.

A friend of mine has Ukrainian heritage; his grandfather was a colonel in the Tsars army and his family fled the bolsheviks so like me he had no trust for the USSR, communists and Russia. However his contacts in the Ukraine showed him the truth of what was happening when the banderites descended on the Crimea. He made this video.
