I don't know, but perhaps this resource (K&HK) is part of the DFS, and now its finished must be disclosed. If true, then there is no smoke and mirrors at play, its just the sequence things get released, and the REE is incidental. Also, if the REE sits below the K&HK, then its depth isn't such a big deal. Happy to be corrected.
