If you thought it was amazing and informative, then you don't know, what you don't know about the sector or company.
If your an outsider to the industry and want to understand it, I'd at lest attend health IT industry conferences, and find out whats happening, who's doing what and why. Had to attend one the other week. The industry insights are priceless.
All I'm prepared to say is I found the interpretation and direction he was trying to take with the round table ill-informed about some aspects.
