my guess is that the dfs that was to be released before the end of March was 'stopped' by the ASX - who insisted that it couldn't be released until significantly more conservative numbers were included
for example, revenue amounts haven't now been based on the BOAs which we're $700 for the initial 5,000 ton BOA and an undisclosed but more significantly higher amount for the large china BOA. rather revenue has now been based on much lower 'conservative market' figures
when JM gave his presentations earlier in the week he was (blissfully) unaware of this but was subsequently blindsided by the ASX just prior to the DFS intended release Hence the delay
