I believe they are betting on any OTA/finance agreement including an equity component at 20-30% discount of the VWAP. The SP will then usually inevitably gravitate towards that level before rising. So, if they can hold it at the 10c mark for long enough, and then get out at 7-8, they might be laughing yet again. @theloft interested in your thoughts.
The only antidote I can see is a hard core, smackdown, large volume, high price OTA with pre-payment instead of equity. Boral has plenty of cash!
