Yeah, from further reading there's a lot more going on at the event. It'll be about networking and schmoozing more than anything else, so it should have at least some value.
I still don't like JM doing this mock pitch thing though. The only pitching he should be doing now is to big firms for offtakes or for capital finance. These pitch battles seem to be things small-cap explorers do, partly to sharpen their game and partly to get noticed. I watched a couple and they were all at JORC or PFS stage. Should also mention that their presenters were very good so if that continues, JM will have to be at the pinnacle of his game to match them.
