Good interview and this is where James in comfortable talking geo. I personally think he should take and focus on his role as COO(or similar) and they install someone else with more asx experience to be the MD and more of the face to allow James to do his thing and not get bogged down.
My only issue is it’s an LOI, if they have done their homework and want this product so bad they should be signing BOAs. People will say it’s all due process but the big players don’t waste time with LOI, if they want something that badly they will go for it.
