I am a fence sitter about whether there will be an announcement about an LOI. Maybe, maybe not.

In the DFS there was a general statement about the subject of LOIs and timing of offtakes.

however they are getting to the point where the rubber hits the road (or the halloysite/kaolin hits the clothing ) for generation of bulk samples to provide confidence about quality specification to support Binding Sales Contracts.
