That isn't necessarily true ..... dare I say it, if a positive deal like a license deal etc was just about to be announced to the market they would be prohibited from buying any shares on market recently ....


..... that said, I agree with you that they have had plenty of opportunities under $1 to buy some shares outside of this period..... blackout periods don't last for as long as some on here would try to have you believe - IMO they also have no real incentive to buy shares because they award themselves so many freebies ?
