With JM in UK/Europe and all these rumours of potential corporate activity I jumped back into ADN today on FOMO. The disappointment always seems to outweigh the FOMO with the ADN share price but who knows. Not a bad time to be accumulating although in the absence of news I would expect the share price to drift downwards given the current market.
A share price at 50% of NPV of what is a conservative, base case DFS that reinvests earnings into further capital expansion seems like an OK bet even in this difficult market if you believe the ADN story. Happy to buy more at a lower price mindful that any corporate deal could be at a discount. As I said, ADN has a knack for disappointing the market which is likely to go down further anyway.
