It is hard to gauge as I am not sure management here has been totally truthful.
If we do not know the above we can't tell what really needs to happen.
They appear to have failed on many multiple fronts such as, business growth/expansion, effectively deploying their capital, app development, funding roadblock.
When they are not performing at each component of the business - we from the outside can only view them as such, unless like some have suggested something is "brewing" behind the scenes ?
