Fair comment. There is only a narrow window of opportunity with the current situation. On the other hand it would have been an opportunity to get the product in the market which in turn could have made it easier should they have decided to establish the IF in USA in the future. Personally I reckon the current demand in China is taking all their inventory anyway. Time will tell....
