I wrote a measured email to Bruce on the 20/4/2022 regarding EPA progress and updating shareholders in a timely manner. Notably at the time, submission of the first draft ERD to the EPA, which has since past, however all further milestones would be appreciated also.

Thanks for your email. Sorry about the late response. Our contact line went awry. Our ASX announcement of 17 March 2022 sets out an indicative timeline based on the EPA’s guidelines. The draft ERD was submitted to the EPA on 14 April 2022, as detailed in our March 2022 quarterly activities report released to ASX on 26 April 2022. The EPA has not yet provided its comments on the draft ERD. Once this occurs and the EPA authorises the release of the ERD, we will make an announcement to ASX accordingly. At that time, we are likely to also have more clarity on timing going forward. At this stage there is no update. We share your frustration with the approvals process and timelines. Rest assured in the meantime we continue to advance key aspects of Arrowsmith North and our other projects, including further testing, engineering design and financing discussions. Ha! i got an email back today too, seems he was clearing out his inbox as I wrote it months and months ago. about the Titanium Oxide recoveries..... needless to say they are tiny and they don't count. He wasn't as nice to me in my email.
