Fair call.
The stickler here is that NME are arguing that MCT have spent funds on progressing the project. As they should be.
BUT NME are saying they haven't agreed to any approved budget, therefore aren't liable to pay the 1.28m in expenses MCT claim are owed to them.
That argument may carry some weight.
But we know NME are broke and have NO funds to contribute to progressing the project.
THEREFORE restricting MCT's progress.
NME are a ball and chain atm.
They are not worthy partners.
And are relying on MCT to prove up a resource worth mining so they can sell their processing rights to whom ever will favour NME.
NME just want a free ride....not gonna happen.imo
