Investors own the company. *Mgmt and the BOD don't even own 1% of ADN combined. If things don't work out and BOD don't get the job done... You make changes via the ASX-supported options. eg. 2nd strike options, 249Ds etc.
You do this for any ASX company. It's what successful investors do.
You don't run away after you lose your money and cry about it. FFS! Never sell for that reason!
