Unfortunately you heard incorrectly.
He said early in the piece “we have upgraded the pilot plant”, great I thought to myself the drum must have arrived from China and been installed, let’s start banging out bulk tonnes of the good stuff and get some CF going...at the end he said what was written on the next steps slide “we are in the process of upgrading the pilot plant”...oh well all harmless and well intended over exuberance and excitement I thought to myself!...
