I find it strange too. A very high valuation, but maybe, it is because of Restart instead of totally greenfield and value already there where it should be.
I won't add any more shares till the FID and financing is fixed. Pleasantly, it will be a take over. Volume and tons are in the low end. Paladin will be also functional soon.
