It's called "smart investor relations". Disguise a downgrade as a new positive announcement. "Commencing Procurement" = starting to make phone calls & filling in enquiry forms on the net. Read the release carefully - the definitive stuff is poorer than your expectations whereas the "positive" stuff isn't definitive - it's just fluff. Oh dear.
