A 'starter plant' is definitely not in the DFS.

I can see why they haven't commenced procurement earlier - they needed those BOAs locked in first. I guess this tells us that they're expecting to only sell about 50ktpa product in a couple of years time, and stage up from there.

I hope that increased capacity can be simply bolted on to the 'starter plant'. Perhaps in time it will do it's own thing while the original DFS plant of 150ktpa product is built next to it.

The silver-lining for the optimist is that a much lower Capex / financing is now required.
