The share price has actually held up well. If you told me the property I was considering buying was two-thirds smaller than advertised (maybe less again), then I'd expect much more than a 24% price drop, I'd expect a 66% price drop at least. Then there are the delays, and the impact on credibility, which for many would still make a 66% discount still too expensive.

The SP fall has nothing to do with price manipulation.

I hate shorting because it rewards people for betting against progress. I hate shorters, because with the exception of one, none of them have disclosed their position here, all the while posting porn and vile. There was a time when shorts made most the daily volume. In those circumstances, it was largely the shorters who determined the daily price. This made their lack of disclosure more disgusting. But none of this was illegal, unless some had inside knowledge. Once ADN started to fail on delivering, the SP was going to fall regardless of shorters (another reason why we don't need shorting).

The price reaction today is based on public information, information that is catastrophic for the SP.
