Yeah, I presumed he was getting out because he knew what was coming and wanted to unload before the plunge. But perhaps I misread him and he resigned in protest or disgust at what they'd concocted. We will probably never know for certain. And yes, you're quite right that the board is collectively responsible for this debacle. Bring on the AGM where they really will have to explain themselves and won't be able to hide behind a bloke pulling the plug after 20 minutes.
