I would guess that JK/NK being a named defendant and accused of what ASIC have accused him of, that neither will allow us to list with them unless he's exonerated or removed from the company. The "market conditions" excuse doesnt hold water to me.

Being a major shareholder does make it tricky if he is found guilty and refuses to resign.
