Ppl are selling because the mkt cap is still $150mln....and it looks like their Kaolin will remain stranded in the ground. The plant is too expensive to build, transport is expensive, and binding off-takes for substantial tonnage haven't eventuated.
Selling will be exhausted eventually...and the stock will bounce....but the fundamentals of making a profit to justify the mkt cap are hard to envisage unfortunately.
