I am going to seek to gather 50 shareholders to submit a nomination to become a non-Exec Director.

I'll prepare a presentation to put on this thread in due course but in the meantime this is a short version:

• I've been a shareholder since early 2019;
• I hold over 4 million shares;
• I had a 32 year career in Victoria Police retiring as a Detective Sergeant;
• I spent a period of time in Ethical Standards investigating fellow police members for corruption. Other areas I specialised in were Sex Offences & Child Abuse and Family Violence;
• I definitely know my way around legislation and how to interpret and apply it in different fields;

• I attempted in late 2021 to obtain documents from the Company in relation to the 2021 Remuneration Report but to date they refused me any access;
• I have once again recently requested - and have again been denied - any access to the numerous remuneration reports.
• What is the Company trying to hide by not allowing a long-term shareholder access to vital documents?
• James advised me earlier this year that yet again, the Company have engaged BDO Remuneration and Reward to re-assess the pay levels for 2022 - PLUS they have engaged a second company to ensure they pay themselves the highest amount. All the while we retail shareholders sit on losses;

• We need a long-term shareholder on the Board to ensure that there is integrity, honesty and transparency among management. I will ensure that all three are at the forefront.
