So in the Council, a production volume of 20ktpa was approved. But the restriction came from Main Roads.In DER, only stage 1 was approved. In the DER permit, however, this comprises 11ktpa. So Ecograf has to go back to DER anyway, but also for a possible increase to 25ktpa to Main Roads through the other committees. For the time being, however, this does not look to me like an infinitely large effort that could not be carried out during the construction of the qualification facility
