You can't vote, if you don't own shares.
New holders love the low price and opportunity to bag.
Sadly, mgmt. may actually be happy with the selling if all the PO shareholders sell and new one who will vote YES to everything.
Sad times for ADN.
Looks like mgmt. may get away with this.
