I agree the time invested waiting will be worth it but this thread is actually About the sentiment of voting against the proposed performance rights. I’m all for management receiving performance rights, yet the current proposal doesn’t match market sentiment.
If I was employing someone who asked for last year’s bonus yet didn’t meant the requirements I would not offer the same bonus and this seems to resonate well with a substantial amount of SH

it’s a shame that it will more than likely be past as it is a blatant disregard for long term holders.. been here since 2016 and I’m not liking it
