I'd suggest that you continue not to buy any BOQ stock in that case. For some of us, the reason the SP is languishing is due to a very average Div payout last season. The same happened to BEN more recently.
Divs have to be prudent but Boards should also look hard at their own remuneration increases while preaching austerity to shareholders.
