OK @sf120, happy to oblige. Here’s four ‘irrefutable’ facts:
1. On 4 May 22, AVZ management released an announcement about the Mining License. It was not until page three that the ownership dispute was mentioned. Notably, they said the Company considered such matters “SPURIOUS AND IMMATERIAL”.
2. On 11 May 22, AVZ announced that “it will be able to make an announcement on this matter by (…) 20 May 22”.
3. The company has consistently extended the voluntary suspension by two weeks (occasionally three) despite growing evidence (i.e. the continuing requests for suspension) that the matter is not being speedily resolved.
4. The current extension to voluntary suspension (no. 9) is still running as of 12 October 22, over five months after the initial announcement.
^ these are what actual facts look like.
