Not sure why you are so surprised .... the FDA situation is no better - still in advanced negotiations with the FDA some 4 years later ? Could have run 8 additional BV trials in that timeframe ?
Like I have said, the AGM is going to be a hoot IMO - they won't be able to shut everyone down when they ask the hard questions this year given it will be in person
