Ok i have rung the company i didnt get too much info - had to ring the dirctors mobile he said he couldnt tell me more than what is on the asx press release (surprise surprise) - he just re-itterated sales and marketing MOU deal (when I asked about equity)

Australia is just an administrative office no local sales so the site looks to be heavily US skewed as far as advertsising and brands. This seems to be better in my eyes as you arent investing in just ad sales revenue in Australia which was my concern (i.e. the investment comes from US $ as opposed to AU revenue which is always a lot lesser than the US revenue)

Saying that I think the directors see more equity that Mooter via Swish media could be wrong but that is what his answer seemed to translate (there is some sort of investment in the site I think just how much remains to be seen but the value of the company would go up to a degree if sucessful but not as much as Hot Shots)

Small parcel for me wont break the bank but I think its worth a punt at a small price like this
