TGA lost out in the last spat and the delay which that appears to have caused might be seen as revenge, which everyone understands and will not support. The company should stay squeaky clean on this and say nothing except that it is responding to any requests from TGA as urgently as it can.
I have said this all along but the spruikers on here shouted me down ... the CEO doing public interviews and claiming “Starpharma was absolutely correct in its classification submission as a device for Viraleze” has IMO hindered the processing time of our Device Application for Viraleze - so much for the 60 day time lines some on here were claiming ?
