Do post the release from LPD that states that previous CRs have been identified as the last one. I have read the releases and can't find it. It sounds like your claim is just hyperbole.
You are right about more capital being required before production - no news there. The capital will come from debt (US DFC and a consortium of commercial lenders, brought to LPD by Lions Head), and from a strategic investor. LPD BoD has discussed it widely.
Please stay calm. As you're not an investor, your frustration about a company that is delivering on its business strategy is unwarranted.
