People would not be flogging shares at 0.1 cents if they could sell for 0.15 cents.
Obviously the sell side of the mid point is stacked with shares at 0.15.
The fact that no one is buying the 0.15 cent shares means it is difficult for anyone to unload their WBE shares at a half decent price.

ps. There was a series of zero value sales at 0.15 cents immediately after the opening sale at 0.2 cents, which prevented WBE showing a 100% gain.
