Some time I just dont see what others see.
Why does HS need MMZ for a US listing .. why not list directly? Microsoft went direct, Zynga will go direct.
A NAZDAQ listing by Hotshots directly will be a good media event ... a MMZ listing ( as a simple shareholder of part of HS) is not as big a news item.

If MMZ owns only a percentage of HS and MMZ list internationally, then HS is still an unlisted company.
If HS lists on NAZDAQ then MMZ , as a HS shareholder will do well, but my question remains ... what is in it for HS?

MMZ is valued at AU$39m
HOtShots is valued at AU$300k (asic records). FYI only, I'm not implying anything.
