If it is CUE, the CUE directors will NOT be worrying about the CUE sp, they historically never do, and in this case they have no need to as this is only a side play for CUE (albeit that in the unlikely event of success it would be company transforming).

Presumably there is some real interest that MOG or CUE are trying to protect. A bit rich of MEO to denigrade the holdoutee as only 15% and only one of 4, when another angle is that it is 50% of the (and on of the two) third parties.

Seems to me acquiescence of the original permit holders may have been taken a little for granted.
